"DO NOT SHOP HERE. BILLBOARD Furniture. I purchased a wardrobe £425 when it arrived it was totally wrong. They refused to take it back and I was told "" you can do what you like. Fortunately I purchased it on a credit card. After much fluffing about the card Company returned my money. Once I told the shop lady they wanted to take it back next day. No customer service replies and no contact at all from them. USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED."

"CON ARTISTS! Stay away from here. They robbed a vulnerable person charging double the price of the item. And when we tried to get a refund they refused. Terrible people. Hope you face the consequences of your evil actions soon"

"I would give them less than 1 star if I could. This is the best advice I could give anyone, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! My dad bought a sofa set from here and they did not fix it properly. After 1 day of having the sofa the buttons were coming off. Not only are their products rubbish but the customer service is worse. They kept having to replace our sofas and book different dates because they could not be bothered to show up. The lady who works there told us we should thank her for even giving us a replacement but would not replace the other sofa. Why would we thank them for not doing their job properly. I don't usually write bad reviews but I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake."

"I bought a closet in billboard furniture in Dagenham a few months ago, I choose one wardrobe with nice mirror, but the wardrobe I got was with different design, once it has been assembled the guy told me this is the new version and they don't do that model anymore (just for the record the closet is still in the shop as a exposition) so I had to stay with this as I couldn't be asked to them pick it up as I was really needing a new closet... also the guy who assembled it left a lot of fresh glue licks on the gaps of the wood and he mount the handles opposite side... be very careful when you buy something there is not the best quality"
