"If only I could give them 0 stars! They are quick to take your money but when it comes to delivering your order, these lot take the mick. Bed scheduled for delivery today, the delivery men arrived with headboard and mattress but no frame! The store are useless and apparently can only email the warehouse rather than speak with them directly. Am I meant to sleep on the floor whilst they look for my bed frame which they said was ready for delivery?? Apparently the next available time for delivery is the 30th Dec for a frame which has mysteriously disappeared. Absolute joke of a company, this is not a one off. There are multiple reviews of the shocking service provided for bensons for beds"
"Excellent customer service. The staff strike the perfect balance between being attentive and helping you with information, while also letting you have time to test the beds properly. A great experience!"
"The first fine delivery was scheduled, no delivery was made. I had taken a day from work so was very upset. Second time, no time slot was given so had to chase customer service as had to arrange for someone to be at home. The men who delivered the matress were not courteous."
