"The worst customer service. The worst after sales care. I bought sofas and a bed for a couple thousand pounds and they damaged the wardrobe. They promised to come back the next week and replace the back panel. I have been chasing up for a few weeks. They didn’t deliver part of my order and now they are trying to say they do not have stock. I am very disappointed. The manager has been avoiding me everytime I call or visit the store in Bruce grove. Serrano Furniture is very unprofessional and will not care about anything as soon as you give all the money."
