"These lot are a bunch of cons. They pinch you at a parking lot and offer you kitchens that will cost you an arm and a leg in the high street. So here’s our story. Laurel and Hardy (Shaz and Zak) approached my gullible partner and ended up at our house, they used all the Asian tactics calling him brother using our lords name etc. While our builder was there he showed us sample units which were of very high quality with a price my partner couldn’t refuse. Zak took the measurements and planned our kitchen. After we looked at everything the units, the design we were asked for a deposit. There was an issue around cash and VAT etc but we weren’t going to hand over cash so we transferred 50% of the price given. Promised two weeks delivery but ended up 4 weeks. Anyway the kitchen arrived and we were so excited, finally we have our kitchen. They asked for another 25% which my partner handed over without thinking. We called our builder where the kitchen was only left to do. When he arrived checked the units and goes these aren’t yours they were all the wrong sizes. We called Zak he came two days later and guess what.... He took the kitchen back saying these were for another job and they got mixed up. Since then we’ve been back and forth with these two forking out money into the thousands. It’s been a year and my kitchen is still not complete. They started delivering one or two units every month and it’s been a year now. Stay well away from these two. Zak is short and fat with glasses of Pakistani background Shaz is tall of medium build again of Pakistani background We’ve lost over £10k here and our kitchen is completely ruined, please don’t be the next victim. We have reported the two and waiting on the outcome now."
