"Ordered a Soriana 3-seater back in December. The delivery was delayed but was kept informed throughout the process. I was a bit concerned about the long delivery time at first but I received the sofa yesterday and it’s very well made. The quality of their products is very good only downside would be the delivery time but I will order again from Nue Modern and I’ve recommended them to a few friends. Great quality products at a reasonable price."

"This company is a scam. I ordered a set of furniture back in August 2022 and now, 7 months later they still have not delivered it. After hundreds of back and fourths with the company via email I’m afraid my money is lost. They have been using a transport company as an excuse for delivery issues and complications. Do not buy anything from them please be careful."

From the onset, he was able to understand exactly what I was looking for and the look I wanted to create, and his excellent product knowledge meant that his recommendations were spot-on every single time. He was extremely patient while I was deciding which products to order and went out of his way to provide me with advise and ideas that he would find useful. Michael even sourced items and upholstery he doesn’t regularly stock, just for me! It was also wonderful to be able to visit the office and experience the items first-hand. Of course, we are still in the middle of a pandemic so it is only logical that things will be delayed. So yes, I had a wait a couple of weeks longer, but my patience was well rewarded."

"What can I say about this company. They are amazing to deal with. I had no end of queries about the Melt light fitting I was ordering. No matter how many questions I asked (and there were a lot) the email replies came back to help me with everything I needed. The quality of the product was totally beyond my expectations and is such high spec that you would think it was an original. I even was given information on the best way to fit the light and shown a photo of the light in the home of the owner of the company. I cannot recommend this company enough and for this reason I have returned to purchase again and will again and again Heartwarming to know a company will go the extra mile for its customers. "I ordered a Wassily style cow hide chair. It arrived in a near indestructible box in perfect condition showing that it had been transported carefully wrapped in bubble wrap inside. It is absolutely stunning. The cowhide is beautiful quality and soft to the touch - suggesting that it was carefully chosen for this chair. The overall quality is fantastic. As an owner of 2 other genuine Wassily chairs, I can attest that the quality is indistinguishable. The customer services were great as well - whilst there was a minor delay, I was kept up to date with the delivery the whole time and it was well worth the wait. I cannot wait to purchase my next design classic from Noe-Modern."
