"Wonderful products but 'not to bother' staff attitude ruined the whole experience. Made my order of a table in shop, provided my contact information clearly in written form and told to be delivered within 6-8 weeks. No updates at all after 2 months so I contacted them but ignoring call and email. So I went to the shop again only just for checking out what happened. They said couldn't reach me at all but my phone never got a call from them. Back and forth again found out the problem is the staff input the email address wrongly in day one. It's ok to make mistake. But the 'not to bother' and never admit problem attitude just made everything difficult and unpleasant."

When we refurbished our home the first place we went was TwentyTwentyOne. They were incredibly accomodating as we looked for, tried out, and bought furnishings and fixtures. The picture below shows the chairs and lights (Hay Result chairs and Danese Itka lights). The range and selection are excellent as is the service. Entirley recommended."
