"I have purchased a bedroom set which I wish I never did... Unfortunately this company is very unprofessional in terms of its delivery and bringing wrong items that does not match causing delay of up to 1 week just to set up a bed and wardrobe when they are supposed to be completed in 1 day. In fact they are unprofessional in every way possible. On top of this, my property was damaged and there was no offer to help with the repair of my walls. I will provide photo evidence of all the things that are wrong with the items that I have got. I feel like I have been scammed for the money that we are paying. My wardrobe still has faults with it and I do not recommend this place to anyone. The funny thing is they even tried to blame me for some of the things they did wrong. Do not purchase from here as they will stress you. 0 SERVICE VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I will report this and they will hear from me for sure. They scammed me for the money I paid."

"To say I am disappointed would be an under statement sadly My Circumstances changed dramatically during the covid pandemic and after attempting to cancel my order as soon as the store reopened I was met with refusal. There was no attempt to help. I am now about to be £1000 in debt because of of this shop. During the pandemic there was no way of contacting this company and they at no time made an effort to contact their customers which is extremely poor as they were In Possession of my money I am now forced into purchasing something I neither want nor can I afford and some thing they can very easily sell to someone who can afford it and wants it. Do not buy from this company as they care only about money and have no sense of customer service at all"
