"Purchased futon mattress & bed. Mattress was very hard & lumpy and uncomfortable to sleep in. We notified the company soon after delivery. The replacement mattress is just as uncomfortable and forces my son to move to sofa in the middle of the night. The company refuses a refund, however, the Sr. Customer Services Coordinator makes this offer: ‘If you would like to purchase a second Futon which is firm but softer and suitable for everyday use, I would suggest purchasing the Ultimate Futon.’ Clearly I was wrongly informed on what mattress I should get and ended-up buying something that does not match my needs because I was never told that this mattress IS NOT FOR EVERYDAY USE. I DO NOT recommend this company for their product and customer service."

"Silverline who works at this location was extremely helpful and professional when we visited and purchased a sofa here. We were able to try and purchase the sofa same day, had all our questions and logistics sorted quickly. She managed a busy store full of customers with a welcoming calm, somehow managing to seemingly help everyone all at once; all this on a very hot day with us all in facemasks."
