"A shame - the old guy who runs the place is so rude. He mistakenly sold on something I had already purchased through instagram before I came in to pick it up. But his partner was really nice and apologetic, so although I was disappointed it was fine and we were both friendly. Then out of the blue Gary separately sent me a nasty and insulting message, totally unnecessarily. Genuinely strange, and it certainly means I'll never shop there again."
