"I think fair to say that under the previous management of this store the service didn't live up to the expectations you'd have from the prices you pay (as you can see from prior reviews) However, the store is under new management since late 2019 and there's been a step-change improvement in communication. I ordered furniture in late-Jul '19 for a Nov '19 delivery; unfortunately it was delayed, and since Dec '19 I've had regular updates from the store management team. Everything has now been delivered (by exceptional guys, who were super-tidy and who unpacked and assembled everything while wearing gloves), and the furniture is of the highest quality. So don't be put off by the prior reviews, it's definitely worth giving them a shot (though take the projected delivery date with a pinch of salt!)"

"Natuzzi is the most aweful company you can deal with. AVOID them. SAVE your money. After sales service is horrible. They are like thieves. We ordered products four months ago but still cannot get a delivery. Once they take (steal) your money, they won’t care about you and your products (no emails, no phone calls from them), we have to chase them to get furniture - even then they book delivery time and promise you in writing and verbally the time, they won’t turn up on time and will be clueless that you expect them on time. Recently, they even had to chang their delivery company because apparently it got SO BAD that customer furniture and flats were being damaged during the deliveries. AVOID NATUZZI at any cost. DONT spend your money with these thieves! YOU will REGRET it"

"Ordered a sofa which arrived 2 months later well within the 12 weeks mentioned period. A msg asked us to pay the balance which we promptly did the very same day. We were told the sofa will be delivered in a few days. The Italian 'boy' manager of this store does not have the courtesy or decency to reply to email or return a call which he promised. Now 22 days later nothing. Today we were supposed to get the delivery between 7 and 10 which was cancelled. A whole day wasted. Natuzzi customer service UK also do not respond. Same irresponsible attitude. Never again will we buy from Natuzzi and discourage others from buying also."

"Great furniture, but unfortunately the worst customer service we’ve experienced in years. We had to call 6 times to find out what happened with our order and still have no delivery date even though the delivery time is three months and it is one month late now. Manager doesn’t call back, no apology, no update, not even common decency. Avoid."

"How hard is it for a sofa store to deliver a set of sofas without any problems? They came with the wrong base so now sitting there unusable! Warranty company came to fit the wrong base two weeks later and said the whole sofa should have been assembled by the delivery people even if one of the base was defective and removed all the wrappings! More importantly, the sofas can't be used until God knows when! No days confirm despite visit to the shop and telephone calls! Considering you pay alot more than your average DFS or Ikea, you expect a better consistent service."
