"I have had 2 very different experiences at this store. The first time was great and I was helped by a friendly woman who did a nice job showing me different items. But today, on my second visit to the store, I had the opposite experience. I selected several items to purchase and stood next to the checkout, just waiting to pay. There were 2 staff people in the store and I was the only customer. One staff person was standing at the checkout and was on the phone (presumably speaking to a prospective customer) and the other staff person kept walking up and down stairs, right past me, seemingly to fulfill another order for someone who was not in the store at the time. Neither of these staff people acknowledged me or made eye contact (and it’s a very small store). I stood there for 7 minutes like this, and then I returned the items to the shelves and quietly left. Neither of them tried to stop me and it seemed they could not have cared any less about my business. It was very disappointing because they do have nice things."
"This store is a prime example of how customer service should be delivered- the store manager knows what she's doing! There was a small issue with my order, and with a project deadline nearing the thought of sorting a replacement part was daunting. After 2 phone calls, the super lovely store manager and her team managed to get a quick turnaround on the missing part! Everything was carried out with such ease, and professionalism and smiles! I'll be back again! Thanks guys :)"
