"Terse, rude and unhelpful staff today - having decided on a purchase I eventually realised that the credit card reader had been plonked by the till with the expectation that I should now proffer my card without any further customer liaison. I had to check that the right amount had been inserted on the reader as it was not clearly visible. Monosyllabic response. No eye contact. Just rude."

"First purchase at Futon and I absolutely not regret it! I love their pieces!! Also I had a great experience at this store. The larger model of console I wanted wasn't exposed but in stock and I went back a couple of days to get the only cube top they didn't have. Worth noting that he console had a minor default but I got offered different options, which I really appreciated! I would like to thank Muriel especially and her colleague as they both helped arrange my collecting and gave me a precious hand loading the car since I was alone and the packages quite heavy!"

"A lovely shop at the heart of muswell hill. The shop layout leaves a lot to be desired very crowded and it's impossible to examine all the pieces of furniture without rearranging the shop layout. The staff is very helpfull but the only girl in the shop when I visited was overwhelmed as they were a numerous customers in the shop at the same time."
