"If there is a zero star I would give them that, as they are very unprofessional and lie as they drink water I bought a bed from them over a year ago, and the handles wasn't in there I have contacted them several time they kept on lying saying they have posted to me and when I asked them for proof they didn't have any. I gave them so many opportunities to send me the handles but they are not willing to do so as they say it is in Manchester, for all I know they could be lying about that too. When I asked to speak to a manager they say he doesn't come to site. That should tell you what kind of shop it is. Keep away from them."
