After many visits and measuring countless times and going through colour options the staff were really patient and helped me finally decide. Can't wait to sit on my new sofa once it arrives. "Furniture village is the worst furniture store I have ever bought from. They manufacture and deliver poor quality items, which are then assembled in your home with significant issues. Their items aren’t worth even half of what you pay, and their customer service is shocking. They treat like idiots on the phone. Will never buy here again. Don’t bother responding to this furniture village polite review responder because it’s not worth my time or effort, I’ve had enough of dealing with you for a lifetime and you won’t help regardless because you’re all useless!!"
