"Having stayed silent for so long, I have to share my experience. Please Avoid this company. We foolishly paid £3,000 over the payment plan that we were advised to pay prior to delivery. Having Ordered at the end of April, Our order was taken by the Director Sukru Acil, he assured it would be delivered on time, as we required it before our wedding in July. We were told there was enough time to have our items delivered which was a full Bedroom set. We made the payment in 3 stages, all before the delivery date which was 10th July. When we got closer to the delivery date we went in to the store and they advised us to speak to their customer services based in turkey. This was also trading under a different name “furniture Road”. They advised the delivery was late and recommended we take a temporary bed. We decided not to take it as the wedding day was looming and we didn’t want to take responsibility of the bed should it be damaged or they would have charged us for wear and tear. August we followed up and they said that order is with the factory who is making ours bespoke. we were told to wait until September. September we were getting frustrated having made several calls to customer services and into store. We were being made to be impatient and that the order was on its way via the shipping. 1st October we had enough of the stories and asked for a refund, we sent an email and went into store. They promptly called and said the delivery was to be made on the 29th October. on the 20th October we found out the stores had closed. So this leads me to believe they were totally aware of their intentions to close the store by then. Now having waited 6 months, we have now been advised the items are at the port, and the company is going into bankruptcy. We have no bedroom furniture, lost £3,000 and it also has affected our marriage, which has only been 3 months. We are honest hardworking people, and can not believe there are 100’s of people in our position. These people have no soul, no remorse and no fear of the law. We’ve heard countless stories from others affected, even a single mother who used her life savings and paid £7,000 for furniture for her house and children, she lives in a council property, and this was her only savings. I’ll be contacting the Media and authorities to ensure everyone affected gets justice. The director Sukru Acil, can not walk away from this having scammed soo many innocent families."

"After waiting 7 months for my sofa, was booked for Mon the 04/11/19. After I heard all branches are closed, called the no was given in the attached letter. They told me my delivery has cancelled without notifying me and the company owes the government unless they pay their doubt they will not release the containers by 10/11 which is another lie as they clearly bankrupt. I paid £2,800 in full and no sofa. This is what Turkish companies are like, instead improving their business, they just steal money from hard working families.."

"I ordered a left sided corner sofa bed. The estimated delivery was meant to be 8-12 weeks. I was happy to wait 12 weeks. After 12 weeks I heard nothing regarding the sofa. Tried contacting the store and customer service. They kept on promising it will be delivered soon and told me I was one of the lucky ones as some people wait for 5months. The sofa came after 16 weeks and it was a right handed sofa bed. The delivery guys left all the packaging from the sofa in my garden. Called customer service to complain about the wrong sided sofa. They said they’ll replace it. It’s been a month and I haven’t heard from them. Don’t order from this shop if you care about your sanity."

"Poor Customer Service. Had ordered furniture end of April. There is no information of delivery almost 4 months after my order. Tried calling them, but they don't even pick up the call. While purchase they assure you that it will take max 10-12 weeks, even 18 weeks after the order there is no update of the order getting delivered."

"Zero service capability. They were amazing on the sales floor and sold us a sofa that we thought was too good to be true. It turns out that is really is, as it still has not materialised. They said that delivery would be 8 weeks with a maximum of 12 weeks. It is now Week 12 and I have just called customer service to find out when the sofa is being delivered and they told me that it will take another 5 weeks. So a total of 17 weeks, which is absolutely ridiculous. We paid for the sofa before we paid for the new flat and we have now been in the flat for 2 months with still no sofa in sight! Don't buy from here unless you want to wait 17 weeks to sit on a new sofa."
