"I bought some dinning chairs which looked very nice at a glance, after a couple of weeks they started to fall apart. I contacted the store and the person on the line was very unprofessional, telling me I have no right to my money back and that I should use an allen key to tighten it. The fixtures were incomplete and bits coming out from the bottom where the screws are located, the legs were rocking back and forth. These were not cheap to buy but cheaply put together by crooks."
"I ordered the marble dining set and coffee table from them and have been extremely happy with their service and quality of products. The staff are kind and very helpful. The delivery driver brought everything up to our flat on 2nd floor and assembled all the parts with care. I recommend people to use this store, their prices are cheaper compared to majority of furniture retailers out there."
