"Made an appointment to measure my kitchen for vinyl flooring on a Sunday morning. They never showed nor called to say they were not coming. I called them on Monday morning and pointed out I had been waiting all morning. Because I was complaining, the person I spoke to told me to forget the fitting. I hung up. If they are so inept at making an appointment, I would be wary of doing any business with them."
