"Horrible company, I have just spent over an hour on the phone talking to an employee of Overdales Solicitors, a spin off of Lowell Portfolio & Lowell Solicitors. Apart from having to keep re dialing to speak to somebody, after being cut off there times, they have no idea of public service. The staff employed are extremely unhelpful and will not tell you their name to make a formal complaint. I have just spent over an hour talking to somebody who is completely incompetent and when I asked to speak to a senior manager just constantly fobbed me off. He supposedly kept talking to a senior member of staff who gave the person I was talking to advice. I am not able to speak to anyone superior and have just been told that someone will possibly ring me back in 72 hours... Unbelievable way to run a company, let alone a 'Solicitors'!"
