"The solicitor I met with was quite unhelpful, there was no level of professionalism in his approach either. Also, I was not given a full set of information before I attended the solicitors practice and had to leave without being able to complete the process. I would advise that you clarify what type of documents are required on the phone prior to travelling in, as the receptionist is not always clear in giving instructions. I did mention to the solicitor that if they record conversations, they could perhaps listen to my call and it would be clear to them that the instructions provided to me were incomplete and mediocre at best. As expected, they ignored this suggestion. I am going to look for another solicitor to carry out this task, I am very surprised at the high google rating, as this misled me into coming here in the first place."
