"Appallingly slow, no communication and no urgency at all. We are in the process of buying a house and they are the vendors solicitor. We’ve had nothing but excuses for why they still haven’t progressed anything. Just this week the excuse is now that someone else “lost the paperwork”. The issue they are meant to be resolving has been going on since August 2022. With our mortgage offer about to expire it’s very unlikely they’ll suddenly get things sorted and they’ll cost the vendor their buyers in a difficult selling climate / and us our desired new home. Having experienced them third hand I would certainly go out of my way to help people avoid choosing them in future."
