"Slow to respond to a the degree that they ignore you despite having already taken quite of your time and energy. No respect for their customer. Very disappointed and would not recommend. I specifically asked to discuss the fee options with an email from 23 Aug and a follow up on 12 Sep, writing "Could you please let me know when we could discuss Oakwood solicitors undertaking my case with an alternative payment option/funding arrangement, or if relevant inform me about these options accordingly via email." Still no response, but they have run to respond to my google review. Nothing else needs to be said."
