Repeatedly asking multiple solicitors for the same simple things and constantly not receiving it. I must have spent hours of my time chasing them. Even a year later there was an outstanding balance on my account and I have had to chase it 5 times!!! It’s taken them 4 months, 4 months, to transfer £40.
