"We took our two toddlers here recently for the first time and they loved it. The water slide was so much bigger and better than we expected. The Children’s pool isn’t overly big, I think it could do with being larger as there wasn’t a lot of room to move around when quite a few people were in, but other than that it’s a lovely place."

"I recently started going to THe Arc. . We have been 6 times in the past month . I have to say ,,the staff are amazing . On reception are 2 Ladies . One is called Rachel and I’m not sure of the second lady who has straight dark hair . Both very welcoming , helpful and friendly with my little boy who was nervous . When I the water There was a lifeguard who was firm in making sure the rules were followed ensuring safety for all . I spoke to her and thanked her at the end of the swim session . Her name is Caitlin . She made sure no one a little older messing in the small kids pool. Fantastic staff . The changing room are very clean and plenty of cubicles and lockers . They Could do with more options with the slide and small pool being open . That is the only negative point ."
