"Management are unreliable, unprofessional and quite rude. After moving to the area we were assured my child had a place. Due to the move our funding was being held up which subsequently was sorted, however the nursery manager decided to withdraw the offer of a place because she believed she would not get funded. The nursery management didn't effectively communicate with their staff, messages were never passed. In hindsight I am so glad my child never attended a setting where such failures take place. I would never recommend such a setting."
