I would personally like to thank Dr Hayley Sanna at the practice for being so patient and understanding throughout the past few months. She is the most understanding GP I have every come across and literally talks you through every option and plans ahead. She is a breath of fresh air and always goes the extra mile. "Since having surgery recently the doctors have been faultless as the reception staff as well. I have been with the surgery all my life starting with the doctor before Drs Phipps, birch and Shaw. When home on leave I had surgery and Dr Phipps came to my mum's house to see me and how I was and in later years I've had 3 operations they have been faultless."
"Awful surgery, receptionists so no empathy towards you, when you are clearly unwell. Absolutely unhelpful. Never get to see a doctor. Doctors themselves are good if you are fortunate to be able to communicate with them."
