"iv been trying to get in doctors for months 200 phone calls in two days still not got any were i was told 3 weeks ago i was getting a phone call over my blood results still waiting think its about time to move"

"Attended for my flu jab which was great but left a query with nurse to enquire when should I be going onto libre sensor 2 from libre sensor 1 for my diabetic management. I have had no response and that's the reason only 4 stars."

"Been with this surgery for many years and have always been pleased with the service. Have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful especially Elaine & Sue who I believe have both recently retired. Cathy & Jo the nurses are also very helpful. Although I don’t like the fact that you can’t pre book appointments and have to ring from 8am in the morning on most occasions you are able to get an appointment to speak with or see a doctor the same day. My only criticism is that we don’t have a permanent doctor and each time you need to see a GP you have to explain your medical history. When DR Knowles was appointed as the permanent GP earlier this year we were delighted , however he was only there a short time before moving abroad."
