"Find this such an unprofessional business. I know staff can become sick and from this my scan has been cancelled 12 hours before scan they have called me to say it's now not happening. When speaking to the girl she said I can go to Manchester I advised I have no transport and only have the morning off work. Her reply was its only 30 minutes away..... When you have waited 3 weeks for the scan and to be told 12 hours before that your scan is now cancelled and you have to wait another week with the lady having an attitude on the phone is so unprofessional I am so disappointed and won't be re booking or recommending them."
