There was no chain for either myself or the seller and my solicitor was ready to complete after just over one month (when searches and mortgage offer were completed), it took Talbots over 3 months to even start with what they needed to do (which wasn't a lot), and then delayed it even further by the complete lack of urgency and communication. Because of Talbots my house purchase took over 4 months to complete when it could have been completed in less than 2, and for that reason I will never purchase a house again from Purple Bricks, just in case Talbots are dealing with it."
