"Attended 1 hour session, paid half money for child arrangement but I was facing financial problem so she said apply for legal aid, then she didn’t pay me back the fees stating that money was for opening and closing the case that she never opened. She opened and closed same day in that one hour, but when it came to legal aid she could never be able to open since one month, Very disorganised solicitor and appointments team, was there for applying legal aid since one month. Not attending the appointment on time and when I was calling from my side that I got appointment, she was not ready at all, everything was missed up with her, asking for this documents and that. After informing her please stop my case as I need someone to focus, she said coz of your decision you wasted all my time. I do not recommend anyone, who really needs support like me and she is going through financial problems."

"I assumed my initial free half hour appointment would be with a solicitor. The person you speak to is a customer liaison manager with a background in sales for the free half hour. I asked about legal aid and was told what I need to gather which I have now. However I wanted to speak to a solicitor and assumed that is what happens on the first call. Not the case with this firm. I only noticed when I looked at the signature on the email that this person wasn't even a paralegal. My divorce isn't a sales opportunity. So I will be looking elsewhere to a firm that has time to talk to prospective clients."
