"My parents have contacted Rutherfords for a quote for a service provided by their conveyancing department on 7 separate occasions. They have called that many times over a 7 day period that the receptionist knew my mothers first name. The solicitor concerned has still failed to return their calls giving various excuses for why she has not yet returned their calls even though the receptionist has emailed her several times. She has either left early or they were told she is working from home! They have now taken their business to a company that did return their call. I would not recommend Rutherfords to anybody."
