"The management and organisation of this place is the worst I have ever seen. I’ve been calling them for weeks, no matter what day or time it is I get no answer. It’s the same when you go in, swarms of people, and no direction. I understand we’re living in difficult circumstances, but It was smooth sailing at other colleges I applied, I just happen to be stuck here as I already moved to Leeds."
