"The park definitely needs a revamp. A lot of the equipment doesnt work. The park area for the children is poorly maintained. Rubbish bins were over flowed there was rubbish on the floor. The park backs onto a woods, but the fencing is broken. Drugs and alcohol are taken in the park, iys just not a safe enjoyable experince for children"

"This playground is too outdated and needs a revamp for the Monks Hill children. The location doesn't seem suitable for a children's playground. I advice adults not to let young children (0-14) to go by themselves to this playground especially at night, because a location like this usually attracts shady people. Would I recommend it - NO! I would recommend Lloyds Park."

"Good to have a local park with children's play items but one mother has mentioned she's not entirely happy with state of it. It's a bit tired and therefore can be dangerous. 4 stars purely for location as local children's parks are so rare. Could be improved standards wise."
