"I had a tattoo carried out by Valentin 2 weeks ago and the finished result does not match the design that I provided. See attached pictures. Valentin did not discuss the tattoo placement in detail with me and was patronising when I was unhappy with where he placed the stencil. His manner was aggressive and dismissive and he did not listen to my concerns about the placement or size of the design. I was retrospectively advised by Chris 2 weeks after having the tattoo that it was in an awkward place and was quite small. This advice would have been welcomed by Valentin before having the tattoo. Chris drew a correction onto the tattoo but advised that he couldn’t get it to look exactly like my original design. I explained to Chris how disappointing my experience had been but he was dismissive of my feedback. I have been refunded for the tattoo but sadly I am not left with a poor design that will need to be removed or covered up. In addition the studio smells strongly of smoke and would benefit from being cleaned properly. I don’t leave a negative review lightly but don’t want anyone else to have the same unfortunate experience that I had."
