"I found that the school lacked discipline. Children were ignored and were clearly distressed, one TA was very blaze and rather rude to a child. school policies were not available to see neither in school or on the web site, reception children read in a disorganised loud environment. Older classes appeared to be without structure. Year 1 seemed to be well led and managed."
