"Rang the store this morning to check if an ear piercing specialist would be in store today and we were told they would be there between 11am and 5pm. So we drove 10 miles down to the store to be told that the ear piercing specialist wasn’t coming into store today and the member of staff we asked for help told us she had no idea when the specialist would be back in. If this was the case, why couldn’t the member of staff we spoke to on the phone told us this and have saved us a journey?? I’m confused as to why this complacency occurred when Superdrug are pushing their ear piercing service in every store, surely they should be trying to attract as many customers as possible from the competition, such as Claire’s. Furthermore, to be more reliable, try having more than one ear piercing specialist per store."

"Nice large superdrug store, clean spacious and well stocked. This store is local to me so i use all the time. I always find the staff are friendly and very helpful. Its on a retail park so there is plenty of free parking and other shops to look around. It is in the town centre and close to all bus stops."
