"Never turned up with the bouncy castle. I tried repeatedly to call. Eventually answered saying he was away and the person who was delivering it had taken his son into hospital but ensured it would be there in half an hour. Never heard anything since. I would not have minded if he had had the decency to contact me, you can appreciate emergencies, but to not contact at all and then lie when I did speak to him is not great business. Would have given zero stars if I could."

"Absolutely frustrated, half an hour before the bouncy castle should of arrived I got a text message saying “ Hi it’s family fun castle hire I’m sorry but can’t supply the castle today I can’t apologise enough only just realised I had a booking today n I’m away sorry again” leaving us no time to get another bouncy castle for our daughter on her birthday, we have one upset 3 year old and now instead of enjoying our morning with our daughter we are now looking for another bouncy castle! And I’m not happy leaving 1 star!"

"I can’t express the disappoint I have in this company. Booked online for a 1st birthday party. As per the booking email we rang the day before to confirm times. We eventually got through to them after ringing and emailing and they confirmed drop off and pick up time. On the day of the party drop off time passed with half an hour until the party started. We tried ringing several times no one answered and we left voice mails. Nobody answered at all and the party happened and finished and we have still not heard anything from them now. Luckily it was pay on arrival so we are not out of pocket. And luckily we had another bouncy castle so the party did have an activity however if we only had their castle the party would have been a complete flop. A simple message to say they could not make it would have been the least they could do but they did not even bother with that. Absolutely disgusting."

"Cannot recommend this company highly enough, absolutely came to mine and my little boys rescue today after being cancelled on from another company. They were with us in a few hours, minutes to set up, friendly, polite, professional set up. Will be using these guys everytime from now on. Thank you again! :-)"
