"A great shop!! Just up a few stairs. It is quite narrow so don't try go there in a wheelchair! They have a good variety of things to buy and I'm looking forward to shopping there again. The customer service was good, too, which is always an added bonus. They don't have everything here, but they'll probably have a substitute for what you are looking for."

"Incredibly rude, unhelpful staff. Tried to send a parcel through the Hermes system, was given no help then told not to bother and find somewhere else. No customers wearing face coverings in the shop. Untidy and dirty store. Will not return."
