"Poor: I ordered a dining table and chairs on 19 November 2022. Today it is 7 March 2023 and I am still waiting delivery. I have been given no delivery date. I have been into the shop twice in the last couple of weeks asking for an update. I was promised a call back with an update, and the call never happened. Won't be shopping there again!"

"I went to the dfs store in middle of october.I picked a couch and paid in full to be made and all the add ones also delivery,i received an email saying the couch was ready 5 weeks ago and IM STILL WAITING FOR IT The level of service i am getting is dreadful over the phone.They are so unprofessional that it is not even funny anymore. Me and my daughter had to sit on deck chairs over christmas and WE STILL ARE Very dissapointed."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered a couch at the beginning of October expecting it to be here for Christmas had excuse after excuse to why my sofas late. First it was they had no foam told to ring back a week later then was fobbed off and was told they can’t get hold of the supplier rang again today then told it is coming in but can’t give me a date. Terrible customer service, terrible complaints procedure all they want it your money and to run DISGRACEFUL!! AVOID AVOID AVOID"
