"Surposedly a Hermes drop off or collection point. On a collection DON'T BOTHER if the box is bigger than a shoe box, but even that maybe too big. Refused my parcel, so went back into system and then Hermes person/s NICKED THE CONTENT even though insured nothing. This was the address given by Dawid Cygan and he states he went into your shop and you refused the parcel. So why was he using your address, perhaps you need to ask HIM...
