"Asked for £9 of National Lottery. Took £10, gave me £1 change and when I checked the tickets he only gave me £6.50 worth. Short changed me knowing I was a tourist. AVOID and DO NOT TRUST! Edit: Occurred 12th Feb 2023 at 4pm or shortly after. I was in the shop wearing a green jacket and with my girlfriend (If you are to check CCTV)"

"I’ve always sent parcels with collect+ from this shop printing the label in-store, now they decided to not offer this service anymore with an excuse, and had me go home with 4 big parcels in my hands, never visiting again. Replying to owner: I had my barcode as usual, I've been told by the guy at till that you don't print in store anymore, and that you can only print 2 times a day (Randomly)."
