"They state they are open 24 hrs, but they don't state that you can only collect a parcel from 0800-2000. I had to go well out of my way to make the collection during their collection hours. Rude and not so much a convenience store, more an annoyance store. Frustrating"

"Not nice service, I went to pick up my Hermes parcels and instead of 5 I get 4, I asked nicely gentleman who was there he said he doesn't have it and he has delivery so if I want I can look for it by myself ( I was with child). I did look for it because Hermes says it's there and he said it's not, and I found it! Bad attitude and grumpy man."
