"AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE AND DO NOT GET YOUR PARCELS DELIVERED TO THIS SHOP!!!! They claimed that they didn't get my parcel although they scanned my code and said my name. The parcels are stashed at various spots amougest confectionery meaning that people can come in and steal parcels if they wanted to. Every other shop holds the parcels behind customer access and I've never had such issues. Now out of pocket and inconvenienced."

"Have had my UPS package for 2 weeks and won’t contact UPS back about a redelivery to my address. Unfortunately it is the only UPS access point in the area. No way of contacting them personally, and UPS will not take responsibility for late delivery. Still waiting on my package... Incompetent."
