"Extremely rude staff. I went in to pick a parcel and before I even asked about my parcel they just said no parcels past a certain hour even if they are open. When I asked them to explain their parcel policy the clerk just lept point at the notice saying it is the policy, then said "not my problem" when I explained I physically cannot make their opening hours. It took me ages to convince her to at least release my parcel to DPD. They had absolutely 0 people skills, and while I admit I was quite upset (I am autistic and I was extremely overestimulated and walked 20 minutes in the rain for my parcel), I was not nearly was unprofessional as the girl at the counter."

"As most comments have said on the reviews, the staff here are NEXT LEVEL RUDE. The miserable woman working behind the counter looks miserable and is very rude every time I go to the shop. Her customer service is nonexistent and cannot believe she shows up to work everyday with a face like that. I confronted her about it and all she had to say is “i wasnt even talking to u and i dont even know u”. I told her to fix her attitude as it is very unpleasant and she became even more defensive. Honestly it feels like I’m talking to a wall. Do not come here"

"The lady at the counter and the man with turban both are extremely rude and unprofessional . Everytime I have been there to return a parcel they come up with some or other tantrum . I believe I would be complaining to UPS and EVRi . I visited 4 times ( four times ) trying to return a parcel and everytime the man with Turban comes up with a new story . He literally threatens / pushes to buy things from the store . Best to avoid"
