"So far £200 down and unable to make any contact. All the numbers we have found continuously go to voicemail - in one case the number went to someone's home who said its not the company. 3 blank emails received - nothing else. Suspect this may be a scam and feel gutted. Also daughter now lacking a bed."

"Sadly very disappointed. Ordered a bunk bed which never arrived. Lots of apologies & excuses & an offer of a refund which never arrived. Thankfully my credit card company have dealt with the matter. Can't believe I have to give even 1 star in order for this to be posted. Zero stars is my honest rating."
