"The customer service here was absolutely appalling. The staff member I dealt with was extremely unhelpful and was very rude to me. Arrived to pick up a parcel left there for me by DPD only to find out it has been returned to DPD as it had apparantly been there for 10 days with no collection. The actual truth is that I picked it up on day 7 and before the day they said it needed picking up by! The abuse I got from the staff member was bang out of order and I will never use this service from this store ever again. Be warned future customers…..they WILL NOT hold your parcel for you for the stated amount of days, as they don’t have “the storage” for it even though they are a store that you can store parcels at to collect at your convenience."

"Went Monday about 9:45. Shop not open called owner. Waited 15 minutes for response couldn’t tell me what had happened. Went again today and again not open. Called owner who was incredibly rude and hung up on me. Unable to collect parcel from EVRI yet. Very annoyed and cold"

"⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️They still your parcel there⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️, I went there to collect my DPD parcel first time they couldn’t find my parcel and it took a good 10min to find it, second time I went to collect and my parcel was not there, after I’ve got a text from DPD that was ready for collection, they weren’t helpful,very rude and the manager the worst, they didn’t even ask for my ID when they scan the barcode from DPD that went through, they still ignoring me and telling me to call DPD, I chat with DPD while there and they sent me the location that my parcel was there and the manager still rude and the other assistant, not willing to help, at the end my parcel disappeared, I’m so gutted"
