"They act on behalf of Yodel courier company as a Parcel Shop, but they keep coming up with excuses no to accept parcels... machine broken down (at least few times a week), no space on the back of the shop etc. Sunny's Off Licence IF YOU CANT PROVIDE THESE SERVICES THEN STOP OPERATING AS YODEL`S DROP OFF POINT, SIMPLE AS THAT! My online business is suffering because of your actions. UPDATE Dont blame it on bank holidays "buddy", you keep refusing to take parcels every single week, keep telling parcel machine is not working even if its not true. As a result of your terrible service (or actually lack of it) I now had to switch my shipments to more expensive EVRi..so don't worry, won't be using your shop anymore and I will tell all my friends not to as well. Horrible customer service."
