"The member of the store who takes delivery complains spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner, I only wanted to complain about an damaged item, and firstly he was not believing me at all and secondly he spoke to me very rudely about it. I already told him I don’t want refund or replacement but you be careful for delivery because I spend money for it . He was acting like I’m the one who’s asking money from his own pockets to pay for the damage/replacement, he would not help at all and this behavior will lose customers, I will never ever order from this store again."
