"Everytime I go in there for a hermes related parcel drop off they are so disorganised, I end up having to take my package elsewhere. Today was no different. Also the state of the floors, looks like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Not acceptable in this climate."

"Customer service is really bad. Recently I asked to give top up to recharge my balance, instead of that they gave me wrong plan before I used it I told them you gave me the wrong thing. Then they said no it’s same as you are looking for. When I used that, then it’s activated some wrong plan and the amount I paid is not added to my main balance. Then immediately I asked them that you gave wrong thing to their assistant and he started explaining me that I don’t know how to recharge, which I was using for last 3 years. And said it’s my fault and I need to speak with the mobile service provider to solve my problem. They don’t want to take any responsibility regarding this. They need to know what they are selling and make it clear information to customer as well. If they are thinking they are very busy and they cannot pay attention to customer’s request then it’s their negligence towards customer."

"Very rude security guard who has a vengeance for some reason against every customer who walks in. Usually works in the evening and has been terrorising myself and fellow customers for years. He even accused me of stealing a chocolate cake when he eagerly watched me buy it at self checkout and had the audacity to make me wait for the receipt to be printed out and not apologise."
