"My favourite local off-license shop. You will get whatever you need in here. They also sell groceries and fruits and vegetables are always fresh. The best prices comparing the other off-license shops in the area. I tried other shops in Enfield, Waltham Cross and Waltham Abbey and i could see the difference with the prices. They didn't increase their prices during the lockdown unlike most of the other shops around. The guys are so friendly and you can always find them around if you need something. I wish if they extend their closing time as they close at 21:00 Highly recommended"

"Yesterday 29th May 2020 around 6pm the cashier of this shop tried to con me £300 on my bank card. I’m not a local person but found the shop off main road so I popped in to pick up few bits. While I was at the cashier I asked the man if I can pay by card for which he replied yes. The total cost of the items came to £11.96. I tried to use contactless method without looking at the screen of the card terminal, thankfully the contactless limit of £45 rejected the transaction (peep). At this point the guy asked me to put the card in terminal instead to complete the transaction obviously…I looked at the card reader screen and it shows shocking £311.96 awaiting to be settled for my bits. I asked why is that? He goes “ah” then re-keyed the correct amount without even apologising, I didn’t get any explanation from him until I left the shop, I tried to forget about it but it just keeps coming back into my mind so I decided to put this review here, Hopefully the company running the shop can make an apology here for the happy local people as per the reviews. I’m also up a challenge if they believe or try to say there was no intention of fraud in this case."
