"Rubbish never ready even if had prescription a week. Lost mine for a month when it was on the shelf"
"Arrived at this chemist at 2 mins to 6. Apologised for walking in just before closing time. Assistant basically told me that my prescription wouldn't be there. I asked if she could check anyway as my partner needs the medication urgently. The pharmacist began shaking her head as if I was out of order for asking, how bloody ignorant! It wasn't even 6 yet! The assistant said she "checked" and said the prescription had not been received. Wasting a journey when we had told the medication was there. There is no way a customer should be made to feel as though they are a problem - and especially not in normal working hours. Disgraceful service, avoid if possible and go to a chemist which values your custom, even at two minutes to closing time."
"Used this place many times. The staff are friendly, very knowledgeable and always offer advice. If you are waiting for a prescription to be filled out and they are busy they always let you know so you can sit and wait in one of the chairs or have a look around the local shops. The premises have a wheelchair accessible entrance and there are several parking bays right outside."
"Love the Staff, always a friendly with a smile, but I have to say recently I feel let down and they have become some what unreliable. For the last 3 times I have gone down there to pick prescription up, I have been told to come back in an hour or another day. I have to walk there and I don't exactly live round the corner (3 odd miles there and back) and other than medication pick up or to see Doctor, I have no reason to be that way, so it turns into a great inconvenience to have to go back again. This time it was not ready, so I asked for it to be delivered, was promised Thursday and not here, as I cannot wait in Friday, I am going to have to go down there "again" to pick it up. When you live on your own, you rely on people and businesses to deliver when they say. I appreciate they are busy and that they get snowed under, but I am busy too and too busy to keep going backwards and forwards. Sorry chaps, but not good enough."
"Friendly, helpful staff. Update Dec 2017. As a regular customer the staff have really gone above and beyond on a couple of occasions to help me when my surgery had made a mess of my prescriptions. It feels like they really look out for you and your well-being."
